When we saw this Thanksgiving-turkey-cake-creation we were in awe. It's literally a Thanksgiving dinner rolled into a layer cake! Our friends at CHOW are seriously talented.
This three-layer cake is made with turkey meatloaf, sandwiched together with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and sausage stuffing. It's topped off with sweet potatoes and broiled marshmallows. Truly amazing!
Will anyone be attempting to make this?

I would love to try to make it, but it won't be this year. It is something different, but looks delicious!

Very creative...I wouldn't serve it for Thanksgiving but maybe when we are having a case of the food blahs and really want to change things up. Bravo
