Michele, you may you use 2 teaspoons of blcaastrkp molasses as a sweetner. Here's the benefit of using 2 teaspoons: you will get 13.3% of your daily recommend value of iron, 11.8% daily need for calcium, 18.0% of the day's needs for manganese, 14.0% of the daily recommended value for copper, 7.3% of daily value for magnesium, and 9.7% of potassium needs for the day along with a healthy dose of carbohydrates to burn.I hope this has answered your questioned and has helped you.To Your Wellbeing,
