As you probably know, this weekend is the big game! For the occasion, I asked one of my friends to provide the recipe for her famous buffalo chicken dip. You know that friend who always shows up to the party with the dish everyone finishes first? Yeah, that's Sara. And let me tell you, this stuff is addictively delicious. It is sure to be the hit of the evening!
Without further ado:
Sara Barger's Super Awesome Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
IN-GREEDY-ANTS
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- blue cheese dressing
- wing sauce
- cream cheese
- shredded cheese (cheddar or any cheddar blend)
In a casserole dish, layer the bottom of the dish with about 4 oz. of cream cheese (or half a container).
In a separate bowl, mix the chicken with about 1/4 cup of hot sauce and half a bottle of blue cheese dressing (to taste).
Layer the chicken mixture on top of the cream cheese.
On the top, add a layer of shredded cheese.
Put the entire dish in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese on the top is melted and bubbling. Remove and let cool for about 10 minutes. Resist the temptation to eat. It is very hot and you will burn your mouth and not be able to enjoy the rest of the dip.
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
