I was a chef for years before I laerned to practical reason why sandwiches were first cut into triangles. It's so you can bite into the pointed corners and not have the sandwich contents squish out onto the corners of your mouth so much. No one would DARE be caught with that unsightly bit of mustard in the corner of their mouth while enjoying a light lunch at the club how devastating THAT would be.-I prefer my son's reason for 4 triangles though: Because it makes it easier to share!

ALL triangular food taests better. It's the law. I have long preached this theory, and wish someone would give me thousands of simoleons to research it. Evidence. Toblerone; Samosas; cake, pizza, pie; triangles of cheese; the humble sammich; and toast, especially grilled cheese.
