This may be the coolest kitchen tool you never knew you needed. The first time I heard about it, a very excited friend called it "the best spatula on the market." Naturally, I had to know more.
So what makes the Chopula so special? It is an extremely well-designed piece of kitchen equipment: it's a spatula that chops. The flexible plastic material allows for an edge (on the left) that is just sharp enough to chop as you cook, even on a non-stick pan. You wouldn't want to try that with a normal knife and risk scratching the Teflon surface. The uniquely angled handle allows you to place the Chopula down next to the stove without letting the messy spatula touch the countertop, resulting in less cleanup.
